DMCA Policy
Last Updated: September 18, 2026
Introduction
SaveAnyVid.com ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims and how copyright owners can submit takedown notices.
Important Notice: SaveAnyVid.com does NOT host, store, reproduce, or distribute any videos, images, or other media content on our servers. Our service functions as an intermediary tool that processes user-provided URLs and facilitates downloads from third-party platforms. All media content remains on the original hosting platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.).
However, we take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with applicable law. We will investigate and take appropriate action when we receive proper notification of alleged copyright infringement.
Our Service Model
To understand how our DMCA process works, it is important to understand our service:
- We do not host or store any media files on our servers
- We do not copy, reproduce, or create duplicates of copyrighted content
- Our service processes URLs provided by users and fetches publicly available media from source platforms
- We provide download functionality, but all content remains on the original hosting platforms
- We do not control or monitor the content available on third-party platforms
Because we do not host content, our ability to remove specific content may be limited. However, we will take appropriate action in response to valid DMCA notices, including disabling access to specific URLs or implementing other measures as appropriate.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible through SaveAnyVid.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include the following information:
Required Information for DMCA Notice:
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A description or identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, please provide a representative list.
- Identification of Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) or location(s) where the allegedly infringing material is accessible through our service. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the exact URLs where the content appears.
- Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice:
Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent via email at:
DMCA Agent Email: [email protected]
Subject Line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"
We recommend including all required information in your email to ensure prompt processing of your request.
Processing of DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review and Verification: We will review the notice to ensure it contains all required information and appears to be valid.
- Investigation: We will investigate the alleged infringement and verify the information provided.
- Action: If the notice is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Disabling access to specific URLs or content
- Blocking certain URLs from being processed through our service
- Implementing technical measures to prevent access to infringing material
- Other actions as deemed appropriate under the circumstances
- Notification: We will notify the user who submitted the infringing URL (if identifiable) about the takedown.
- Response: We will respond to the copyright owner regarding the actions taken.
We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. However, complex cases may require additional time for investigation.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Identification: Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the United States, your local jurisdiction).
- Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send counter-notifications to our DMCA agent at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification."
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The original complainant then has 10 business days to file a court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity. If no such action is filed, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
SaveAnyVid.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may implement technical measures to prevent repeat infringers from using our service.
Factors we consider in determining whether a user is a repeat infringer include:
- The number of valid DMCA notices received regarding the user's activity
- The nature and severity of the infringements
- Whether the user has responded to previous notices
- The user's history of compliance with our policies
Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Similarly, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that:
- You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- The material is indeed infringing your copyright
- You have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- All information in your notice is accurate
Third-Party Platforms
Since SaveAnyVid.com does not host content and merely facilitates access to content on third-party platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.), you may also wish to contact the original hosting platform directly to file a DMCA notice with them. Each platform has its own DMCA policy and procedures.
We encourage copyright owners to file DMCA notices with both our service and the original hosting platform to ensure comprehensive protection of their rights.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
